THE PRACTICE

My practice is based in Grønnegade, just a few minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv, in calm surroundings in the heart of the city. It is a place where the pace can soften a little, and where there is space to arrive, notice what is going on, and talk about what matters.

I often find that the room itself helps people settle more fully into the session. It is a confidential space for reflection, contact, and therapeutic conversation at a pace that feels meaningful.
