GETTING STARTED
People begin therapy in different ways, and you do not need to have everything figured out before you start.
Some people come with something very clear, while others arrive with a sense of overwhelm, disconnection, or not quite knowing what they need yet.
You can begin with an introductory session, where we meet and explore what is going on for you right now.
After that, you can decide whether it feels right to continue the work together.
FIRST STEP
A calm and simple way to begin.
In the first session, we talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to find support with.
It is also a space for you to sense whether the contact feels safe and whether I am the right therapist for you.
There is no pressure to decide on a longer process in advance. Sometimes the first consultation is simply a way to begin and sense whether the fit feels right.

PROCESS
Meaningful change often takes time.
When therapy unfolds over a number of sessions, there is more space to work with the patterns, experiences, and life situations that shape how you feel and live.
A longer process can support deeper clarity, more inner steadiness, and stronger contact with yourself.
For some, it also becomes a way to feel less alone with what they are carrying and more able to move forward with trust and direction.

HOPE PROGRAM
A first step into the HOPE Program for people living with health challenges who want to explore what kind of support feels right.
The Health Assessment is a 60-minute individual session where we explore your current situation, your physical and emotional well-being, and whether the group feels like the right fit for you.
Before the session, you will receive a short questionnaire about your health, energy, everyday life, and current challenges. This gives us a clearer starting point and helps Elena understand your situation more fully.

This group is for people living with long-term, changing, or life-impacting health conditions who want support in meeting the emotional, relational, and everyday effects of illness. The group is one part of the wider HOPE Program.
You begin with a 7-session programme meeting once a week. If it feels meaningful to continue, there is an option to remain in the group on a monthly basis.

Everything we talk about in therapy is treated with confidentiality and respect. Creating a safe and trustworthy space is a basic part of how I work.
For some people, that flexibility is helpful. If it supports your situation and everyday life better, we can talk about whether a combination of in-person and online sessions makes sense.
